Oriole Cleaning Services provides professional window cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Services include, but are not limited to:

Exterior and interior window cleaning

Screen and track cleaning

Hard water stain removal

Post-construction window cleaning

All services are provided based on the details you provide during the quote and booking process.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information given.

Actual pricing may vary if additional work is required or if property conditions differ from the information provided.

Quotes are valid for 5 days.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Scheduled appointments are confirmed once agreed upon by both parties.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Oriole Cleaning Services is not responsible for missed appointments due to inaccurate contact information.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide safe access to windows and areas being serviced.

Remove obstacles such as furniture, fragile items, or pets that may interfere with cleaning.

Share any special considerations (hard-to-reach windows, delicate surfaces, etc.) to ensure accurate quoting and safe service.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

6. Liability

Oriole Cleaning Services will take reasonable care when performing services.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or conditions outside our control.

Liability for any damage caused directly by our service is limited to the cost of the affected service only.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable if prepayment was made.

Services canceled without notice may incur a fee.

Refunds for dissatisfaction with service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
